  • Keep track of your steps - why not enter them in a notebook or diary?
  • A pedometer is a good way to keep track of your steps. Wear your pedometer daily so you can record your STEPS - it is amazing how fast they add up!

Here is another easy way to get in step. When you are talking on the phone walk around your house.
"STEP" Tip:
Do you have a play station? How about using your "dance game" to count your steps while playing the game?
Another Tip:
The more you move, the better - why not turn off that TV - and step away from the video games for awhile?
