WYAD Winners 2021
This is the 21st Annual “What’s Your Anti-Drug” (WYAD) supplement that the New Jersey Herald and the Coalition for Healthy and Safe Communities, a program of the Center for Prevention and Counseling, have collaborated on. This year over 700 Sussex County students from 28 different schools, in grades K-12th submitted an entry to the Annual WYAD Contest or submitted an entry to “What Makes You Happy?” contest.

Center for Prevention and Counseling has provided daily themes, social media posts and projects that are easy for Sussex County schools to replicate during Week of Respect.
Changing the Face of Addiction Walk was Amazing and Impactful
Our 6th Annual Changing the Face of Addiction walk was amazing and impactful! We had around 500 people attend the event with another 200 who donated and/or walked virtually making a total of 41 teams and 43 sponsors raising over $85,000 and there’s still time to donate!
