Harm Reduction Center

Harm Reduction is an approach that promotes health and wellness in a way that meets people where they are, and incorporates policies, programs, and practices that aim to reduce the harms associated with the use of alcohol and other drugs.

The Spring Street Harm Reduction Center is funded by the NJ Department of Health and offers syringe access and disposal, naloxone, drug test strips, peer support and referrals to healthcare and other services.

Location: 61 Spring St, 2nd Floor, Newton, NJ 07860. Enter through front door on Spring Street, first door on the left.
