At the Spring Street Harm Reduction Center, we have taken great care in finding referral partners who understand the complex needs of people who use drugs and make it a point to ensure that proper connection is made to best service anyone in need of healthcare or substance use treatment services.  

We are able to help you navigate:

• Outpatient and hospital-based wound care 
• HIV/Hep-C/STI testing and treatment 
• Mental Health services 
• Outpatient counseling 
• Inpatient substance use treatment such as detox or residential
• Specialty medical care for on-going conditions or primary care for basic medical treatment 
• Medication for opioid use disorder including Suboxone, Methadone, and Vivitrol
